The Huapai Triangle is located on the corner of Station Rd & Nobilo Rd, Huapai. The overall subdivision will ultimately house up to 2,500 new residents, half of which will be within the Cabra development. There will be up to 1200 generally north/north-east facing sites with a mixture of section sizes to encourage interesting architecture.

A large greenfinger/stream running through the development is planned alongside extensive landscaping. Within the development there will be 2 Recreation Reserves with a series of shared cycle & walkways making this an ideal area for young families.
