Matua Residential Estate - Huapai
Located in Huapai Village, a short drive north west of Auckland. Construction on these two sites is expected to begin in 2012/2013 with approximately 200 sites planned for the total development once key infrastructure issues have been resolved.

Orewa West - Grand Drive
This land is located in the growth cell to the immediate west of the existing residential development at Orewa and close to the new primary school.   Development of this 85 site development is expected to begin in 2013/2014 once the infrastructure and zoning issues have been resolved.

Beachwood Estate  - Hatfields Beach (Stage 2)

Approximately 62 further sites to be added to the existing development in 2012/2013 once an operative zoning has been confirmed.

Karepiro Drive - Whangaparaoa

A mixed zone development in the design stages with approximately 15 2,000 - 3,000m2 commercial sites, 90 medium density residential, and 10 low density sites. Expected timeframe until development commences - 2012/2013.

Papakura Residential

Another mixed zoned development with approximately 120 medium density residential, and 40 high density sites located on Papakura-Clevedon Road.

Expected timeframe until development commences - 2012/ 2013.
